The text I’m writing in the greeting card isn’t showing up, why is that?

I’m sorry for that inconvenience. I’ve notified Fotomoto about this and it’s in their support queue. The preview of the text you’re writing just spins and doesn’t appear. I don’t know when this will be resolved (they can’t tell me when). However, rest assured that the text is going through to them, so while you aren’t able to preview it, it will still be printed. You may want to just skip this step and write something yourself to be sure it’s how you want it.
