Overview

Because of the nature of this business whereby we provide photographs, we make every attempt to display what you will receive in person from the printer. We also point out in the FAQ that there are things you should be aware of, such as cropping which can affect the final product. We expect that you will have read through those before placing an order.

Should something have gone wrong with the printing process, we encourage you to reach out to us so that we can resolve it with the printer. They do not accept returns, however they will review the issue and if it was a fault on their side, reprint the image and send it to you. You will need to provide us with a photo of the problem by using the Contact Us form. We don’t allow uploads on that form but we will reply with an address you can send it to. We will work with you on finding a resolution!

Refunds

We will review your issue on a case by case basis and make it right. Being that this is a Print On Demand business, the printing lies with the lab. However, should the issue be on their side, they will happily reprint it and send it to you. Artwork For Men also has the ability to refund your order should that be needed, but please be sure you understand the caveats of ordering different sized products and how they affect the final image.

You will be responsible for making sure the print is cropped correctly when ordering, so a lot of this lies with the customer. Should you have any questions before ordering, we’re here to help!
